LOUIS, Dec. 18, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) announced today the pricing of a public offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.00% senior notes due 2029 at 99.774% of their principal amount. The transaction is expected to close on December 21, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Ameren intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including to repay a portion of its short-term debt.
Barclays Capital Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and MUFG Securities Americas Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
