ARM Holdings Plc (ARMA) Reached the 52-Week High of $28.59

The prices of ARM Holdings Plc (ARMA) shares have reached $28.59, which is 1.9% off the 52-week high of $29.12. ARM Holgins Plc is a semiconductor intellectual property supplier. The company licenses technology to a network of partners, mainly leading semiconductor manufacturers and OEMs.

On Oct. 23, ARM Holdings Plc announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2012. Total dollar revenues in third quarter 2012 were $227.9 million, up 18% versus third quarter 2011. Third quarter sterling revenues of £144.6 million were up 20% year-on-year. Year-to-date dollar revenues amounted to $650.3 million, up 14% on 2011.

San Miguel Brewery Inc. (SMB) Reached the 52-Week High of $34.1

The prices of San Miguel Brewery Inc. (SMB) shares have reached $34.1, which is 1.5% off the 52-week high of $34.6. San Miguel Brewery Inc. is the largest producer of beer in the Philippines, with a total market share of approximately more than 95% in 2008. The company has five breweries strategically located across the Philippines and a highly developed distribution system serving approximately 471,000 retail outlets.

On Nov. 14, San Miguel Brewery reported results for the third quarter of 2012. The group’s consolidated sales revenue as of September 30, 2012 reached P53,849 million, 3.4% higher versus the same period last year as higher selling prices offset the 1.1% drop in sales volume. Domestic operations contributed P43,274 million while international operations contributed P10,575 million (US$248.48 million). Consolidated net income amounted to P9,395 million, an increase of 7.1% compared to the same period last year, P9,095 million of which came from domestic operations while international operations posted P300 million (US$6.99 million) net income.

Molina Healthcare Inc. (MOH) Reached the 52-Week High of $138.95


The prices of Molina Healthcare Inc. (MOH) shares have reached $138.95, which is 0.8% off the 52-week high of $140. Molina Healthcare Inc. was incorporated on July 24, 2002. Molina Healthcare Inc. has a market cap of $1.36 billion; its shares were traded at around $28.53 with a P/E ratio of 171.24 and P/S ratio of 0.28. Molina Healthcare Inc. had an annual average earnings growth of 7% over the past five years.

On Oct. 23, Molina Healthcare Inc. reported its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended Sept. 30, 2012. Net income for the quarter was $3.4 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, compared with net income of $19.0 million, or $0.41per diluted share, for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2011.

This month, COO Terry Bayer, Director Ronna Romney, Director Charles Z. Fedak and Director Steven J. Orlando sold shares of MOH stock. Director Ronna Romney sold 5,000 shares in November.
