(“BurgerFi” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BFI, BFIIW) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired BurgerFi securities between December 17, 2020 and November 15, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
