(“Daktronics” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: DAKT) in the United States District Court of Southern New York on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Daktronics securities between March 10, 2022 and December 6, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
