Dr. Adrian McArthur, who has served as the Company's President since July 2020, will continue to serve as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company. In addition, Mr. James McLucas, Manager of Corporate Development since November 2021, has been appointed as Vice President of Corporate Development.
