Well-known billionaire investor and chairman of WL Ross & Co. Wilbur Ross was on Bloomberg to discuss his investment strategy and where he is putting his money to work right now.

-- Bought 32% of Navigator (NAVG, Financial) 32% stock, a marine transport company. He bought this stake from Lehman Brothers estate.

-- Navigator has long-term solid fundamentals but is beaten down without any reason. He does not think who wins the election will have any impact on Navigator's business.

-- Has invested in Irish banks.

-- Looking at investing in Spanish and Greek banks, but thinks it is still early to invest in those banks.

-- In the U.S., he invested in natural gas industry via EXCO Resources (XCO, Financial)
