Mativ Holdings (MATV, Financial) (previously Schweitzer-Mauduit) is a specialty paper and materials maker that hasstruggled with supply chain issues and cost inflation. In March, the company agreed to an all-stock combination with Neenah, a specialty paper company we had previously researched. We are evaluating the deal.
