COVA Acquisition Corp. Receives Expected Notice from Nasdaq Regarding Delayed Form 10-Q

COVA Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: COVAU) (the “Company”) announced today that it received a notice dated May 28, 2021 (the “Notice”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that, as a result of not having timely filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2021 (the “Q1 2021 Form 10-Q”), the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Nasdaq Listing Rule”), which requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the SEC.
