Basically, what I look to do is every year is put together a panel of people or experts on particular thematics. One of the things I didn't talk about earlier on when I open was ASIC are currently doing some shadow shopping. And one of the things that they're particularly focusing on is asset allocation and they're just making sure that the client's risk profile suits the correct asset allocation when you're doing and they're really testing that at the moment.
I think understanding the correct asset allocation in a market like now where interest rates are raising, and fixed interest and bonds are probably something you should be looking to avoid to try and generate some yield in a market like that, it can be difficult. What I've looked to do today is try and put together a panel that can talk about generating some yield, generating some growth, and talk about the types of asset allocation that you would like.
