Good morning, everybody. On behalf of the board, I'm pleased to welcome you to Sequoia's Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 30 June 2022. This is our first live AGM since 2019. And thank you for your attendance this morning, both those attending and those watching online.
I'm John Larson, Chairman of sequoia and allow me to begin by introducing those present today that wasn't somebody signing in my fellow board members, being here Gary Carl who's admittedly on my right.
And then Kevin Patterson, who's we saw Gary carl has been delayed by an airplane on his way by taxi at the moment Lizzy tan our Chief Financial Officer at the front. And Rebecca, weir on my far right.
All said, in attendance today, at the company's orders William Buck represented by Ross Burt and Andrew Lee they're at the front here. I also welcome the new Louis Marina, representing a representative of the company's share register chip registry director what couldn't set up its past 10.30 a.m. advisor, we could have a quorum
